On June 13, 2016, Connie Cariggee filed a lawsuit against Walmart Neighborhood Market and Walmart Inc. for a slip and fall that she suffered on July 3, 2015. The lawsuit claims that as she pushed her cart down an aisle, she slipped and fell, leading to personal injuries. Yet, the cause of the slip and the injuries she suffered are not known.
